SMOKED TURKEY ASPARAGUS MELT 
4 pieces wheat or rye bread
10 pieces fresh asparagus, blanched
1/2 lb. smoked turkey, thinly sliced
4 pieces Monterey Jack cheese, 1/8" thick
1/4 c. 1000 Island Dressing
Butter
1 1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts

Brush bread with butter on 1 side and 1000 Island Dressing on other side. Place bread in non stick saute pan, dressing side up. Place 1 piece of cheese on top of each slice. Roll turkey slices around each piece of asparagus and place 5 pieces on top of 1 slice of bread in single layer. Grill bread to golden brown and cheese starts to melt. Remove from pan and place alfalfa on top of turkey roll. Place 2nd slice of bread on top, cut in 1/2 corner to corner. 2 sandwiches.
