EASY CHEESE BATTER BREAD 
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs

Combine the yeast, salt, sugar, and 1 1/2 cups of flour. Blend. Stir in the cheese. Add the liquid and the eggs. Blend at low speed 3 minutes. Add the remaining flour by hand.

Let rise in a warm place until double in size. Stir to remove bubbles; turn into a loaf pan (9 x 5). Let rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees until deep golden brown.
