LO-CAL PUMPKIN RAISIN MUFFINS 
1 c. flour
1 1/3 c. dry milk powder
9 pkg. artificial sweetener
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. ginger
4 tbsp. reduced cal butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. raisins
1 (15 oz.) can (1 1/2 c.) pumpkin or squash

Melt butter; mix dry ingredients together, add melted butter and pumpkin. Mix together. Fold in raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins. Use Pam on muffin tin; do not use papers or they will stick.

WW: 3 muffins = 1 bread, 1 1/2 fat, 1 fruit, 3/4 vegetable, 1 milk, 60 optional calories.
