PUMPKIN - CARROT - RAISIN
MUFFINS
 
2/3 c. dry milk (powder)
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 pkgs. Sweet & Low
6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

BOWL 2:
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. pumpkin

Add bowl 1 to bowl 2. Add 1/2 cup grated carrots and 4 tablespoons raisins. Spray muffin tin (12). Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
