MANDARIN ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
2 pkgs. orange Jello
3 1/2 c. HOT water

Add: 1 can drained crushed pineapple

Let set until thick.

Cook: 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg 2 tbsp. flour

Cool.

Prepare 1 package Dream Whip or use 1 cup whipping cream or Cool Whip and fold it into cooled sauce. Spread over the Jello and grate cheese over the top of it all.

This is also excellent to use canned apricots instead of oranges.)

(In either recipe you can use some of the fruit juice in place of water, if you wish.)
