1 c. julienne sliced carrots 1 c. diced celery 2 c. julienne sliced cabbage 1 c. Chinese peas 1 lb. cubed pork or chicken breast 1 c. peeled shrimp 2 cloves crushed garlic 1 med. onion, diced 1 tsp. MSG 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. oil 1 pkg. Pancit Canton (Chinese) noodles 1/2 c. water Wok or lg. skillet 1. Saute onion, garlic in oil. 2. Add cubed pork or chicken and shrimp. Cook until done (approximately 10 minutes). 3. Add all vegetables and cook for 3 minutes (don't overcook vegetables as they should still be crisp). Add 1/2 cup water, soy sauce and MSG. 4. Add noodles and stir until noodles are soft. Makes 10 servings. |
