COLLEGE KID CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. sliced Irish potatoes
2 c. sliced onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can garden peas

Brown beef; drain off fat. In 2 1/2 quart casserole dish, layer beef, potatoes, then onions. Pour in peas. Pour cream of mushroom over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
