FIG CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. buttermilk (1 c. milk and 4 tsp. vinegar)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 pt. figs (or as desired)
2 c. flour
1 c. cooking oil

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees until done.
