RITZ BITS CRUNCH 
2 boxes Ritz Bits
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light Karo
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (16 oz.) jar dry roasted peanuts

Grease a large roaster. Add Ritz Bits and peanuts. In saucepan, bring butter and Karo to boil. Lower heat and simmer 5 minutes. Remove and add vanilla and soda. Pour over bits and nuts. Coat well. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Pour out on waxed paper and separate.
