GRAPE PIE 
2 c. grape mixture (see below)
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. tapioca
Shake of nutmeg
Juice of 1 lemon or 1 tbsp. lemon concentrate
1 tsp. grated orange rind

GRAPE MIXTURE:

Squeeze out the pulp from grapes into pan. Save skins. Boil pulp until juicy (will not take too long). Run through reamer and add skins.

Mix all ingredients together and place in double crust pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 40-50 minutes.

NOTE: Grape mixture can be frozen.
