RICE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. washed minute rice
3/4 can milk
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can tomato soup
1 1/4 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix meat, rice, milk and onions with salt and pepper. Shape into small balls and place in pan. Pour soup and water over meatballs. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
