LASAGNA 
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 minced onion
1 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
3 tbsp. parsley
1 (#2) can tomatoes
1-2 sm. cans tomato paste and 2 cans water
1 (8 oz.) can grated Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
1 lb. each Mozzarella and Provolone, shredded
1 lb. Ricotta with 2 eggs and parsley

Saute onion in oil. Add beef and cook until red is gone. Mince garlic and mashed with salt. Mix with meat with other seasonings, tomato paste, sauce, tomatoes, and water. Stir in 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese. Simmer 30 minutes. Layer in large pan with cooked noodles and cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and bubbly.
