MICRO-MINI APPLE DUMPLINGS 
1 crust pastry
4 lg. apples, peeled and quartered
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. water

Roll pastry to 12 inch circle; cut into 16 wedges. Place apple quarter at wide end of dough. Roll up and place on side in 8 inch square dish.

Melt butter on High for 60 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over apples. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixed together. Micro on High uncovered 11-12 minutes rotating dish once. Set aside.

Combine brown sugar and water in glass measure. Cook on High 2 - 2 1/2 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Pour over apples. Micro on High 3-4 minutes uncovered until bubbly throughout. Broil 4 inches from heat 3-5 minutes or until crisp.
