BRANDIED CRANBERRIES 
4 c. fresh cranberries
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. brandy

Place cranberries in baking dish. Sprinkle with 2 cups sugar. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees. Pour 1/3 cup brandy over and mix. Store in covered container in refrigerator. Makes about 3 cups. Serve with turkey or over ice cream as dessert.
