CRANBERRY SALAD MOLD 
1 lb. can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin (sm.)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tart apple, diced
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat cranberry sauce, strain, reserving berries. Mix cranberry liquid, water and gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Add lemon juice and salt. Chill mixture until slightly thickened. Add mayonnaise. Beat until fluffy. Fold in reserved cranberries, apples and nuts. Pour into mold. Chill until firm. Serves 6.
