HAM APPETILLAS 
1 pkg. super size flour tortillas
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. green onions, chopped
1/4 c. black olives, chopped
8 oz. shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese
2 (2 1/2 oz.) pkgs. sliced pressed, cooked ham or deli-turkey ham

Remove tortillas from refrigerator. Combine cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, onions and olives. Spread thin layer of mixture on tortillas. Arrange four slices of ham over the cheese. Tightly roll up tortilla. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator at least 3 hours or overnight. To serve cut in 3/4 inch slices (an electric knife works really well).

Makes about 64.

To make with crab: Omit olives and ham. Add 1/4 cup chopped red peppers, 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese and 1 cup crabmeat (5 ounce chopped imitation crab) to mixture.
