TUNA OR SALMON CASSEROLE | |
4 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. flour 2 c. milk 2 chicken bouillon cubes (optional) 2 eggs 1 c. mayonnaise 2 c. tuna or salmon 1/2 c. chopped almonds 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles Make a white sauce with first 3 ingredients. Add chicken bouillon cubes if desired. Beat eggs and add to slightly cooled sauce. Add rest of ingredients. Put into a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. |
