STEAK WITH MOLASSES SAUCE 
Sirloin steak
4 slices bacon, chopped
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 c. ketchup
1 c. water
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. molasses
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. dry mustard

To make sauce, cook bacon, green onions, and garlic in skillet; drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

When you cook steak, brush with sauce. Barbecue 8-10 minutes per side. Carve at an angle, going against the grain, in thick, generous slices. Serve with remaining molasses sauce.
