CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. ketchup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce or soup
Velveeta cheese
1 can refrigerator biscuits

Brown meat and onion lightly; season and drain. Stir in ketchup and tomato sauce or soup. Put in 8 x 10 inch casserole dish. Slice enough cheese to make a layer on top of meat. Top with biscuits. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
