MEXICAN-ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. chili powder

Brown ground beef. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes. Spread meat mixture in 9"x13" pan. Slice 4 medium zucchini; spread on top of meat. Chop 4 medium tomatoes; spread on top of zucchini. Bake at 350 degrees until zucchini is "just tender". Sprinkle with "nacho" chips and grated cheddar cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
