HOLIDAY PUMPKIN BREAD 
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/3 cup water
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour, sifted
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup candied cherries, chopped

Combine eggs, oil, pumpkin and water. Mix dry ingredients together. Beat into pumpkin mixture. Stir in nuts and cherries. Pour into a greased and floured 9x5x2-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
