EASY SKILLET LASAGNE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 tbsp. butter
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
1 lb. cottage cheese
3 c. broad noodles, uncooked
2 tsp. basil leaves
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat in butter in 12 inch skillet. Sprinkle with 1/2 the spaghetti sauce mix. Spoon cottage cheese over meat. Top with layer of uncooked noodles and sprinkle with remaining spaghetti sauce mix, basil, parsley and salt. Combine tomatoes, tomato sauce and water. Pour over mixture, making sure all is moistened. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 35 minutes or until noodles are tender. Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
