2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. onion
1 c. grated raw carrots
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1/2 c. chopped pitted ripe olives, (optional)
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
2 c. cream styled cottage cheese
1 lb. sliced Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
