CHICKEN BISQUE SOUP 
1/3 c. Crisco
1/2 c. finely chopped carrots
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. season salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 pkg. Lipton cream of chicken soup mix
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. of chopped chicken
1 c. half and half

Melt Crisco in pan, add celery, onion and carrot until cooked tender. Stir in flour, season salt and pepper. Mix Lipton soup and water. Add to pot while stirring well, bring to a boil keep stirring, add chicken and half and half, heat thoroughly. Makes about 5 cups.
