MANICOTTI 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 crushed clove
1 c. cottage cheese
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (16 oz.) jar of Ragu
1/2 tsp. dry oregano leaves
Parmesan cheese
8 cooked and drained manicotti

Brown beef with garlic (drain fat) mixed next 4 ingredients (separate), stir in beef. Fill each manicotti noodle with about 1/4 cup cheese meat filling. Place in baking dish, cover with Ragu.

Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil, bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes. Serves 8.
