EASY DELICIOUS POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
4 lg. eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

GLAZE:

3/4 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. sugar

Beat sugar and eggs; adding one egg at a time. Beat 10 minutes. Add butter (melted). Mix dry ingredients; add to egg mixture, alternating with buttermilk. Mix well.

Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-90 minutes. Pour glaze over slightly warmed cake. Not adapted for high altitude.
