CHICKEN ALMOND CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. almonds, sliced
1 c. shredded cheese, Swiss or Cheddar
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and add a little chicken broth. Pour into 1 1/4 quart casserole and top with 1/4 cup almonds. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
