POTATO SALAD 
6 med. potatoes, peeled, cubed, boiled, and cooled
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
3 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. chopped sweet pickles
2 hard cooked eggs, coarsely chopped

Fold together gently to mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.
