CHOCOLATE SURPRISE CUPCAKES 
DOUGH:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. Hershey cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1 c. water

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. chocolate bits

DOUGH: Combine all ingredients. Place paper cups in small baking tins. Fill cups 2/3 full with batter.

FILLING: Cream all ingredients except chocolate chips until well blended. Add chips and place dab of filling in center of each cupcake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Yield: 3 dozen.
