TURKEY WITH ALMOND BUTTER 
1 lb. Louis Rich oven roasted breast of turkey
1/4 c. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. sliced almonds
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Cut turkey into eight 1/4 inch slices. Coat with flour, set aside. Lightly brown almonds in 1 tablespoon butter in skillet, heat turkey slices 2-3 minutes on each side or until lightly brown. Place turkey on serving platter, cover to keep warm. Combine lemon, water and almonds in skillet; heat briefly, pour over turkey. 4 servings.
