1 box cake mix (Duncan Hines Golden Butter)
1 stick butter (softened)
1 egg

Mix together. Pat out on bottom of large pan.

2ND LAYER:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Mix together with mixer until smooth and creamy. Pour over 1st layer. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
