BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 lb. stew meat
4 med. potatoes, cut in chunks
2 carrots, cut in chunks
1/2 c. diced onion
1/4 c. diced bell pepper
2 cans condensed mushroom soup
Water

Brown stew meat in large pan, drain off grease. After browning meat, transfer to crock pot (slow cooker). Add rest of ingredients. Using one of the soup cans, add 2 cans of water. Cook on high for 4 hours.
