VANILLA ICE CREAM 
5 c. milk (may take more)
2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 lg. (5 1/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix

Blend all ingredients well. Fill ice cream freezer bucket 3/4 full. Freeze as usual with ice and salt while turning bucket.
