SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE 
1 doz. eggs
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1/2 loaf white bread (no crust), cut in pieces
1/2 to 1 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 stick melted butter
2 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Melt butter and toss with bread. Combine eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Set aside. Layer bread, sausage and cheese in 9 x 13 greased pan. Pour egg mixture over layer.

Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes. May use bacon or ham in place of sausage.
