VEGETABLE AND RICE 
2 tsp. butter
2 c. brown rice
2 cans chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables

Put butter into pan and melt. Add rice and chicken broth. Allow to boil. When boiling, add vegetables, salt and pepper. Stir. Turn fire down to low and let simmer for 1/2 hour.
