DIET FRUIT COBBLER 
1 can diet lemon soda
Sweetener equal to 1 tsp. sugar
2 pkgs. unflavored gelatin

Mix ingredients well in a mixing bowl.

In a pie pan put 1 cup blueberries (can be fresh or frozen). Pour soda mixture over berries.

In separate bowl, mix well: 1/4 tsp. cinnamon Sweetener equal to 4 tsp. sugar

Sprinkle mixture over blueberries covering entire surface. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Refrigerate 1/2 to 1 hour before serving.

VARIATIONS:

1 can strawberry soda and 2 peaches

1 can strawberry soda and 2 apples

Any fruit can be used, but strawberry and lemon soda are the best.
