SAUTEED SPINACH 
1 pkg. fresh spinach
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. olive oil or Puritan oil
4 qt. saucepan
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt or to taste

Pour oil in saucepan with crushed or sliced garlic cloves. Saute until golden, not brown. Add washed spinach and cover immediately, it will sizzle and make a lot of noise. Sprinkle with salt and add water. Cook 4-5 minutes until wilted on medium heat. Serve immediately. Do not over cook.
