FLAN 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
3 egg yolks
1 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. freshly grated lemon peel

Beat butter, sugar and egg yolks until fluffy. Sift flour with baking powder and add alternately with milk. Add lemon peel. Pour into greased flan pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Decorate with glazed strawberries and seedless green grapes.
