STUFFED BREAD
Buy some bread dough at a bakery and let it rise twice. Roll like a jelly roll (any size you want) with any combination of fillings, and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until crust is brown and bread is baked.

For fillings, I've gone to an Italian delicatassen and bought capacola, prosciutto, salami, ham, pepperoni--any kind of cold cuts--and combined them with cheese. Any kind of cheese will work--Fontina, Cheddar, Mozzarella, Ricotta, Swiss. Sometimes I've added herbs--basil, oregano.

You can also use scrambled eggs for a filling, or vegetables. I've used braised leeks, chopped scallions, peppers. You can also make your own bread dough, of course, but buying it makes this project so much simpler.
