POTATO PUFF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen potato puffs
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chili sauce
1/4 c. water

Saute beef, onion, pepper until browned. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add chili sauce, soup and water. Pour into casserole, top with potato puffs. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Use Pam on casserole and lean beef for lowfat meal.
