KABOB MARINADE | |
1 1/2 c. salad oil 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. dry mustard 2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. coarse ground pepper 1/2 c. red wine vinegar 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes 2 crushed garlic cloves (I usually omit garlic cloves and salt and use garlic salt instead!) Combine ingredients. Pour over 1 1/2 inch chunks of beef and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Allow about 6 ounce of beef per person. Prepare skewers by alternating the beef chunks with uncooked shrimp, sweet onions, green peppers, pineapple chunks, whole mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Grill for 12-14 minutes, basting and turning frequently. |
