HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
3 lg. potatoes, cooked
1/2 pt. sour cream
3/4 c. sliced cabbage
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lg. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk

Slice potatoes into casserole, mix with sour cream. Fry cabbage in butter until limp. Put on top of potatoes. Fry hamburger and onion until brown, drain. Put over cabbage. Mix soup and milk. Pour over all. Cream of celery or cheese soups may be used instead of the chicken.
