HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. water
6 potatoes, cubed
1 large can green beans with 1/2 water
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
salt and pepper

In a large pan, cook ground beef until done; drain off grease. Add water, potatoes, salt and pepper, then cook until potatoes are done. Add green beans with water and onion on top of beans and then cabbage, chopped on top of everything else. Let cook until cabbage is steamed. Serve with hot rolls and butter.
