TALARINA 
1 lb. ground round steak, or ground chuck
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 lb. Tillamook cheese, grated
1 tbsp. Grandma's Spanish Seasoning (chili powder)
9 oz. egg noodles
1 can black olives, drained
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can creamed corn or whole kernel, drained
3 sm. cans tomato sauce or Marinara sauce

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add meat and cook well. Add hot sauce, mushrooms, corn and olives. Cook and drain noodles. Combine noodles, sauce and 1/2 of the cheese and mix well. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes to 1 hour until it bubbles.
