MARINATED STUFF 
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tsp. oregano
Mushrooms, canned or fresh
Black olives
Green olives
Baby corn
Cieci or garbanzo beans
Canned green beans
Raw carrots
Onions
Artichoke hearts
Celery
Pepperoncini

Combin e first 4 ingredients. Add any or all of the remaining ingredients, cutting raw vegetables into bite size chunks and draining liquids from those in cans.

Marinate up to 24 hours and then serve on bed of lettuce with chunks of tomatoes. Garnish with parsley and hard boiled egg.
