SALMON SALAD 
1 c. flaked salmon
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine salmon, celery and green peppers. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice. Refrigerate until time to serve. Serve on lettuce leaves with cracker.

Yield: 4 servings.
