GLAZED GINGER CARROTS | |
24 carrots, cut into 1" lengths 4 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger Dash of salt Cook carrots until tender. Place carrots in a large pan. Add butter, brown sugar, ginger and salt. Mix well. Heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Serves 12. |
