PASTA MICELLE 
1/4 c. olive oil
1 bunch green onions, chopped large
2 tsp. Polander's chopped garlic
1/2 pkgs. Sun Dried tomatoes, prepared
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. Sun Dried tomato liquid
4 oz. Marsala wine
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 yellow Bell pepper, 2 inch pieces
20 fresh basil leaves, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
Angel hair pasta
Parmesan cheese

Prepare Sun Dried tomatoes according to package and save liquid. In saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add green onions and garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, tomato liquid, wine, parsley, Italian seasoning, Bell pepper and basil leaves and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. In large bowl, place cooked pasta and pour sauce into bowl. Toss to mix well and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving. This dish goes well with Veal Jessica.
