BARBECUE YUM 
3 to 4 lb. hamburger
1 to 2 celery stalks
2 sm. onions
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. water or tomato sauce
2 tsp. garlic salt

Brown hamburger sprinkled with garlic salt. Mix Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup and water or tomato sauce in crock pot. Set on high. Add chopped celery and onions to sauce, stir. Drain hamburger and add to heated sauce, stir. Allow to simmer for several hours on low - medium. Serve on fresh roll.
