CLAM CASSEROLE 
2 cans minced clams
35 round Ritz crackers
1 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 beaten eggs
Butter

Crumble the crackers by hand, reserving a small amount for topping. Mix with other ingredients and dot top with butter. Bake in a greased casserole 1 hour at 350 degrees.
